Model UN Training Day

TU-BCPS Model UN Training Day, scheduled on a Friday in November, is an essential one-day program designed specifically to equip high school student delegates with the necessary skills and knowledge for the upcoming March conference. This immersive experience takes place on the TU campus and integrates a variety of lectures, workshops, and discussion-based activities.

High school delegates engage in dynamic sessions led by TU student volunteers, alumni, and distinguished professors, focusing on key areas of international relations and diplomacy. The program aims to enhance students' understanding of global issues and the intricacies of negotiation, public speaking, and critical thinking that are pivotal to success within the Model UN framework.

In order to participate in the March conference, school Model UN teams are required to attend Training Day, ensuring a uniform preparation that fosters both individual growth and collaborative learning. Through these tailored activities, participants will build their confidence and competence, setting the stage for a productive and impactful Model UN Conference experience.
